FINE TASMANIAN ICE CREAM
Made in small batches with fresh milk and cream, seasonal produce and ingredients chosen for the way they taste. We work with local producers wherever we can, making our compotes, curds, caramels, ripples and crumbles in-house. We make each part properly, keeping the flavours clean and true to what they are made from.

We start with the ingredient and the people who grow it. Working with Tasmanian producers and the seasons, we choose ingredients when they are at their best, then make each ice cream in a way that lets their flavour lead.
MADE IN TASMANIA
Tasmania is part of everything we make, from the milk and cream we use to the fruit we work with and the seasons that bring different ingredients into our kitchen. We try not to waste good ingredients. We use them thoughtfully, make only what we need, compost what we can and recycle wherever possible.
