We use fresh Tasmanian milk and cream, free-range eggs and Australian cane sugar, then bring in the ingredients that make each flavour what it is: vanilla beans, chocolate, roasted nuts, ripe fruit and produce grown close to home.

 

Everything is made in small batches, and the flavours change with the seasons. When something good comes along, we find a way to use it. Some flavours are vegan, made with just as much care.

 

We care about what the ice cream comes in, too. We use recyclable and compostable materials wherever we can, avoid plastic where possible, and keep looking for better ways to package what we make.
